Laser & Cosmetic Procedures
BOTOX® Cosmetic is an FDA approved treatment for moderate to severe frown lines, as well as severe underarm sweating. Men and women of all ages and ethnicities can elect to receive Botox treatments as a quick and minimally invasive procedure. Botox causes the muscles to relax, without compromising your freedom of expression; so patients can smile and laugh without the lines.
Botox treatments used to control severe underarm sweating have helped patients live more productive lives and boost their self-confidence. By blocking the chemical signals that stimulate sweat glands, Botox restricts the amount of sweat that is produced. Patients notice a significant reduction in sweating within four weeks of the first treatment.
Dysport ® Cosmetic
Dysport® treats moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows by reducing specific muscle activity. Wrinkles are caused by repeated movements and muscle contractions, which means they can even develop in younger adults. One injection into each of 5 points between and above the eyebrows temporarily prevents muscle contractions that cause frown lines, leaving the rest of your face to move naturally. In other words, no frozen look, just natural-looking results. You can control your look instead of your look controlling you.
Juvederm® (Ultra XC and Ultra Plus XC)
Juvederm ® injectable gel is the first smooth-consistency hyaluronic acid (HA) gel. Juvederm smoothes lines by replacing the lost hyaluronic acid and the results are FDA approved to last up to one year.
Restylane ® is an FDA approved hyaluronic injectable filler that can add volume and fullness to the skin. It is used to diminish moderate to severe facial wrinkles or lip enhancement (over 21 yrs old).
Restylane Lyft ® is an FDA approved dermal filler for implantation into the skin for the correction of moderate to severe facial folds and wrinkles. It differs from Restylane primarily due to the larger particles injected deep into the skin for deeper wrinkles.
Asclera ® (polidocanol) Injection that is used in a procedure called sclerotherapy to remove uncomplicated veins or spider veins on your leg. It can also be used to treat uncomplicated small varicose veins less than 3 mm in diameter.

V-Beam Pulsed Dye Laser
Pulsed dye laser treatments eliminate benign vascular lesions that include rosacea, facial and leg veins, scars, psoriasis, red birthmarks, port-wine stains, angiomas, hemangiomas, Poikiloderma, venous lakes, stretch marks and warts. The laser delivers an intense but gentle burst of yellow light to the skin. The light is specifically absorbed by the blood vessels in the dermis. These blood vessels are coagulated and then reabsorbed by the body during the natural healing process. Multiple treatments may be needed depending on the severity of the lesion.
Gentlelase Hair Reduction
The Gentlelase hair reduction system safely and comfortably removes unwanted hair without damaging the skin. By cooling the skin’s top layer before each laser pulse is applied, your laser technician can destroy the hair follicle without compromising the surrounding skin or the patient’s comfort. Some patients prefer to apply a topical numbing agent to make the treatment more comfortable. Gentlelase can be used to reduce hair on all areas of the body. Multiple treatments ( usually 6 to 8 ) are recommended for optimal results.
Intensive Pulsed Light (IPL)
Intensive Pulsed Light treatment can help to correct variety of benign skin conditions such as facial skin imperfections, the signs of photo-aging, birthmarks, facial redness, unwanted hair, unsightly small veins, and other blemishes by utilizing specific wavelengths of light. This gentle treatment uses broad spectrum light to treat face, chest, neck and hands to improve the appearance of photo aged skin. When the broad spectrum light penetrates the tissue that is being treated, the light is changed to heat energy as it reaches the level of the collagen beneath the skin surface, and that is when the body’s natural processes then remove the unwanted tissue giving the skin more of a youthful appearance.
Photodynamic Therapy (PDT)
This therapy is a 2-step treatment process: Levulan Kerastick Topical Solution 20% plus BLU-U Blue Light Photodynamic Therapy Illuminator is specifically formulated for few or multiple actinic keratosis of scalp or face. Actinic keratoses (AKs) are rough-textured, dry, scaly patches on the skin that can lead to skin cancer. They have potential to progress to squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), which is the second most common form of skin cancer. Levulan Kerastick Topical Solution is applied to the AK area, where AK cells absorb the solution which makes the cells extremely sensitive to the light. When AK cells are exposed to the BLU-U Blue Light Illuminator, it results in the destruction of the AK cells. After the treatment is complete, patients should avoid exposure to sunlight or bright indoor light for at least hours after the application.
