Return Policy

Arlington Dermatology will only accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase on items that cannot be used due to a skin reaction. If a reaction to a product occurs, contact our office immediately and a provider must physically see the reaction. It is at the discretion of the provider whether a reaction is product related or not. If the reaction is product related, a detailed description will need to be filled out by the customer for documentation purposes and sent to the vendor. A refund will be given equal to the amount paid for the product bought. If the reaction is unrelated to the item purchased, Arlington Dermatology reserves the right to deny any refund or return of the product. Arlington Dermatology will not refund or accept returns of any items, opened or unopened after 14 days.
